Welcome to ConsultUKDoctors.com, a telemedicine service that aims to bridge the gap between healthcare seekers in India and qualified medical professionals in the United Kingdom. Operated by Fit Heart Matters Pvt. Ltd., an India-based company, our platform provides a secure and convenient way for you to consult with doctors for your medical concerns via video calls.

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and any related software or applications (collectively referred to as the “Service”). By accessing or using any part of the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated here, then you may not access the website or use any of our services.

Access to Services

1. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
2. Account: To use certain features, you will need to register for an account.
3. Interruption: While we aim for uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the service will always be available.

Medical Consultation Services

1. Scope of Services: Our platform connects you to qualified doctors in the United Kingdom for video consultations.
2. Not a Replacement: This service is not intended to replace in-person medical consultations.
3. Liability: Our platform serves only as a facilitator, and we are not liable for any advice provided by doctors.

Payments

1. Fees: Consultation fees vary and are listed on our platform.
2. Payment Gateway: Payments are processed through a secure third-party gateway.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
   In the event that, the Practitioner with whom the User has booked a paid appointment via the Website, has not been able to meet the User, the User will need to write to us at support@consultukdoctors.com within five (5) days from the occurrence of such event; in which case, the entire consultation amount as paid by the User will be refunded to the User within the next five (5) to six (6) business days in the original mode of payment made by the User when booking. In case where the User does not show up for the appointment booked with a Practitioner, without cancelling or rescheduling the appointment at least 24 hours before the start time of the appointment, the amount will not be refunded.  Users will not be entitled for any refunds in cases where, the Practitioner is unable to meet the User at the exact time of the scheduled appointment time and the User is required to wait, irrespective of the fact whether the User is required to wait or choose to not obtain the medical services from the said Practitioner.

Disclaimers

1. Accuracy of Information: We do not guarantee the accuracy of medical advice given.
2. Risks: Telemedicine consultations have limitations, and we do not assume any responsibility for errors or misinterpretations resulting from the consultation.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Fit Heart Matters Pvt. Ltd., its directors, or affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
